Vintage ink signature, “Yours truly, Jas. J. Corbett, June 26/93,” on an off-white 3.5 x 2 card. In very good condition, with a couple noticeable creases affecting the signature, scattered soiling, some rippling to the lower edge, and mounting remnants to reverse from previous display in a scrapbook. American boxer (1866–1933) who was the first gloved heavyweight boxing champion of the world from 1892 to 1897. Vintage ink signature, “Yours truly, Jas. J. Corbett,” on an off-white 4.75 x 3.5 sheet of Aetna Insurance Company of Hartford stationery, dated May 6, 1904 in another hand. In fine condition, with a horizontal fold through the loops in each “J,” some show-through from adhesive remnants on reverse, and trivial scattered soiling.
