Unsigned monogrammed mailing envelope, 5 x 3.5, addressed in Tchaikovsky’s hand in Cyrillic, and bearing a January 1887 Russian cancellation. Matted and framed with a portrait of the composer to an overall size of 12 x 22.5. In fine condition, with scattered light soiling and paper loss along left edge.
